Are they both correct?
Any difference?
 
Just based on my own experience with the language, I agree with the poster who said this, particularly the second statement:

やりたい「意思(情意)」を強調するときは「が」を使います。
やりたい「動作」を強調するときは「を」を使います。

I don't think I ever really think about it, though.
 
As a general rule, が indicates an object of desire. を points to an action to take on it. I don't think there is really anything more specific or direct たい brings to change the equation. Without reading up on that link...haha..
