手伝い人？（日本人）

I need someone to help me with editing Japanese grammar and a second opinion on some translations. My questions only cover about 3-4 sentences, so it's not a lot of work, but I would like to be able to interact a little more quickly than the forum allows, maybe over AIM or gchat, possibly microsoft messenger. Sorry to kind of ignore the purpose of this thread, but I think 手伝い人 isn't right. 手伝い can itself refer to the person who is helping, but I think perhaps 手伝ってくれる人 or 手伝ってもらえる人（手伝っていただける方）would be better. OK, I'll go away now.

Probably better, but I think 助ける人、手伝う人 are still OK (grammatically).

手伝う人 / 助ける人, are not appropriate because the beneficiary of the help is the speaker. Actually, even if the speaker were talking about getting some help for someone else, you still would not hear any native Japanese speakers using 手伝う人 / 助ける人.

Go with Glenn's suggestion.

Yes, he's better. I agree. I was only talking about the syntax. And I THINK I have heard my boyfriend use 手伝う人 / 助ける人...が必要. It seems in the context of getting recruitment for a job from outsiders or something...
