1. 「ハーマイオニーもハリーもロンも、ドアを破りそうなあの勢いから察するに、いまでもお前と親しくしたいと思っているようじゃ」

Are ハーマイオニーもハリーもロンも the subject of 思っている?

2. 「もちろん、僕たち、いまでもハグリッドと友達でいたいと思ってるよ！」

Is でいたい = で (copula) + 居たい?

3. 「自分たちが学校にいたころのお前のことをちゃんと覚えていて、もし、わしがお前をクビにしたら、一言言わせてもらうと、はっきりそう書いてよこした」

I am defeated by 言わせてもらう. Who is getting whom to say what?

Is やってくれ = やって + imperative of くれる? If so, I don't get it. I understand Ron is asking if it's OK for him (Ron) to have some cake, so why would Hagrid reply by asking Ron to do something for him (Hagrid)?

5.「僕の父ちゃんは、俺がこんなことをしているのを見たら、恥ずかしいと思うに違えない・・・」

Is 父ちゃん the subject of 思う?

This is Hagrid with his rough dialect pronunication, and 違 has furigana ちげ, so I believe that え for い is intentional. However, I accidentally omitted to follow it though, as actually in the original he says 違えねえ, so I expect my mixed version was confusing.

I thought it might be a dialect, but the rest is all standard Japanese, so I interpreted it as a typo. And yes, ちげえねえ is valid, but ちげえない/ちがえない is not.
