ドＳコースとは？

So I've seen this around in a book I'm reading.

Nothing spectacular about it, it's casually mentioned...

The word is 「ドＳコース」. Googling around gets me golf stuff, but I can't find an explanation of what it IS.

Any help?

Probably you'd better omit the 'コース' from your google search.

ド means 'extreme', so ドＳ means extreme sadistic.

The コース (of training or massage, or whatever) is probably a very tough one.

Ah! There we go. Makes sense now.

It was in reference to a golf course, so that explains that.
