Question その時々で何か見えてくるものもあるんじゃないかな？

I met a difficult part when a character is talking about philosophical topic (like the purpose of his life, what you want to do /what you must do in life). Appreciates some native or expert in Japanese could explain what he meant ^^

Context: Main character has been isekai'd to another world during Sengoku era of Japan. Here he joined a clan and got promoted into a squad leader/ military officer. He's been wondering about the reason as to why he got transported to this world ,and about the purpose of his life in this new world.
He's talking with his subordinate (a girl in his unit)

剣丞(Protagonist/Squad Leader)「ひよの夢は武士になること、だろ？」

ひよ子 (Subordinate)「はいっ！武士になって出世して、おっかあの暮らしを楽にしたいですし、妹を取り立ててやりたいです！」

剣丞「家族想いの良い子だねぇ……」

ひよ子「えへへ……でもそれ以外には何も考えられないんですよね。
まだまだ私ってお馬鹿ですぅ～……」

剣丞「やりたいこと、しなくちゃならないこと。……生きてれば色々と出てくることもあるし、その時々で何か見えてくるものもあるんじゃないかな？」

剣丞「だからまぁ……俺も今はこれで良いのかなって思ってるんだ。本当にやらなければならないこと、やりたいことが見つかるまでは」

その時々で means "at different times/stages (in life)" or like that. This confuses you, maybe?

no the whole sentence 何か見えてくるものもあるんじゃないかな？ Since the protagonist in the previous line he used こと, then he use もの this is confusing for me.

While もの is a pronoun often for concrete things, こと is often for abstract things. However, they are interchangeable there. こともある can be interpreted as "it's possible~/it might happen ~" in 出てくることもある, though.
