Hi,

Which さす is this? Could it be 注す?

I'm guessing this means something like "head is pounding", but what is ー? It looks like a 長音 marker, but I don't see how that would make sense after ぼっ.

3. Some medical symptoms have been described. Then:

My translation: "When these symptoms continue, (you wonder if) perhaps you are becoming ill, so you visit Dr. B, ..."

Is this OK?

"City life is tiring, and your lifestyle habits differ from those of your homestay family (lit. the family you are indebted to), so at times you feel as if you don't fit in."

Is this OK?

I'm guessing this means something like "Please also encourage A to have a break / change of scene."

However, I do not understand the function of からと. I had another からと recently, but I still don't get this one.

a typo of ぼーっと

3)

The subject could be "I".

4)
Yes.

5)
気分転換になるからそうするように (= do the thing that is probably explained previously) と
