I checked the definitions for this, and I get the two I got:

http://dictionary.goo.ne.jp/leaf/jn2/137398/m0u/たって/

http://dictionary.goo.ne.jp/leaf/jn2/137399/m0u/たって/

But I have this sentence: 横取りしよったってそうは行かんぞ, and I'm not sure which definition fits this use of たって, especially since しよ(う) isn't 連用形, 終止形, or 命令形. I swear that's what I'm hearing, though. Either way, the meaning seems to be so close between the two definitions that there isn't much appreciable difference no matter which one you choose, but I'd still like to clear up this 意向形 question I have. It's used about someone else's actions, so would it have to be 推量? Even if it is, I still don't completely understand what's going on here. What exactly does it mean, and what would be a rephrasing of it?

横取りしよったって is the contraction of 横取りしようったって, thus, it's the latter case(意思形の終止形). It's 意思形, even though you're going to make an interception.

In the first case (e.g. 横取りしたって=横取りしたとしても、恨まれるだけだ 。), the main clause expresses about the things AFTER doing that, whereas in the latter case(e.g. 横取りするったって=横取りするといっても/横取りするにしても、どうやればいいんだよ。), it's basically about BEFORE doing that.

I've got to tell you, 意思形の終止形 didn't even cross my mind as a possibility. I though 終止形 was only for the dictionary form, so in this case する. So, 横取りしよ(う)ったって is pretty much the same as 横取りするったって? Does the 意思形 make it a stronger statement? And how can you use 意思形 for someone else's actions?

可能形の終止形, 様態の終止形, 可能形の様態の終止形 or like that also can be used.
e.g.
横取りできるったって、具体的にはどうするんだよ。
横取りしそうったって、さすがに実際にはしないだろ。
横取りできそうったって、確率は低いだろ。

So, 横取りしよ(う)ったって is pretty much the same as 横取りするったって? Does the 意思形 make it a stronger statement?
Those expressions are a bit different as same as the difference between 横取りしようとしても and 横取りするとしても. For instance, in your example 横取りしようったって, the subject of 横取りする is usually second or third person, whereas the speaker can be the subject in 横取りするったって.

And how can you use 意思形 for someone else's actions?
As in the explanation in the dictionary, the latter たって is from と言ったって. You can say あなたは/彼は横取りしようと言った or 横取りしようとした, can't you?;-)

Ah, OK. I think it's making sense to me now. Thanks!
