Whats going down in Korean subways?

This is hprrible but they already know about this tragity.



There are stuff at Korean and they talk about that they are better then Japan...
I will not post stuff that is bad like "Fu(k",

Can you ban a user on terms of idiocy or annoyance factor? If so, I think we all know what needs to be done. Maybe just until he graduates elementary school?
