Japanese WWII canteen Translation

A few years ago I acquired this WWII canteen from a seller who said that he had purchased it from the family of a retired soldier in Japan. It has 3 markings on it, but I have no idea what they mean. Is there a translation for these symbols? Thank you for your help.

IMG_E2329 is a surname Shiina, probably the name of the owner.

IMG_E2331 shows it's made in 昭一八, i.e., 1943. The upper left one is the mark of the maker, and the upper right seems to show the type of the cap. The following site says that your one ロ "ro" in the circle means that the cap was made of wood. IMG_E2327 confirms it.
