Need help translating Japanese name to English

I'm looking for assistance with a Japanese plate I recently bought and need help translating the logo to English. Does anyone know what it says or what brand this is? It is supposedly a vintage Japanese brand. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The picture is rotated 90 degrees to the left.
That's a company name 第壱陶器(壱 is a variant of 一) Daiichitōki. It's not a vintage, though.
