Need help finding my family's Koseki! - translation

Hi,

I'm going to email the town where my ancestors are from to gather more information on how I can obtain my family's records. I will be travelling to Japan in April in hopes of discovering more of my genealogy and exploring my roots. It will be a life changing trip but I do need some help! Can someone please help me translate this so I can send it to the city hall?:

My name is Nicole. I live in Vancouver, Canada. My great, great grandparents immigrated from Japan to Canada in the 1890's.

They were from Onyu, Matsunaga-mura, aza Ikenokouchi. I will be visiting Japan and Obama city in April. Where do I go to obtain records of my family?

私の曾々祖父母は1890年代に当時の福井県遠敷郡松永村池河内からカナダに移住致しました。祖先について詳しく知りたいと思い、来春訪日する折、小浜市を訪問して戸籍謄本を取得できないかと考えております。小浜市役所をお訪ねすればそれは可能でしょうか。また、その際必要不可欠な書類等もございましたらお教え頂ければ幸いです。

The address seems like to be Onyū-gun, Matsunaga-mura, Ikenokouchi, not aza Ikenokouchi.
Their reply must be written in Japanese. Please PM me if you can't understand it.

Thanks for clarification on the address...I just copied that location from some old records I found.
