Wooden clup/pipe writing translated

Looks to me like the black writing says あんよいらず and the white writing says 軽井詠, which I'm guessing are "no need for walking" and Yomu Karui, a personal name. I'm not sure how accurate those are, though. For one thing, there are what look to be three strokes in the form of a "z" underneath あんよいらず, and for another thing, I'm not entirely sure the reading of that name would be correct, assuming I've got it right in the first place.

That's あんまいらず(meaning something like "Any professional massage person is not needed (if you have this)"), a tool to massage one's own shoulders.
