I was giving this at the restaurant today but I have no idea what it is

I stopped in this restaurant this afternoon to actually charge my batteries and have actually I was last order for lunch at 3:00 and the staff was kind enough to let me plug in the electricity and I ordered some chicken stuff I couldn't eat it all no way just way too much food and when I checked out to pay the bill that lady was so kind and I was talking a little bit and she gave me this but I have no idea what it is a matter of fact I've been in this country for a while forget it but I've never even try this or I've seen it before
But I've never eaten it bu I never eaten it.
