I keep getting infractions for posting news. This is stupid. Especially that the news I got infraction from already been discussed by other people. I know it's supposed to be a discussion thread, but when people started discussing it even without me saying anything on it, doesn't it turn to be a discussion already? :eek:

And not only that. I get asked not warned... and I repeat ASKED, to change the thread to discussion, and then i get infraction for being warned to do it? What are you, messing with me? I ain't going to post anything no more. Only in the blog, because here I don't have to be worried about getting some infractions on some small mistake...

Come on Pavel, this is a discussion forum not a forum where you can just posts news articles without giving your opinion about it. Other members asked you to not just posts news items, and I told you to edit your posts to add some discussion to it. You choose not to, so you received 1 infraction, and not "Infractions... Infractions... Oh, did i mention Infractions". If it were just a couple of threads then it was no problem, but you posted at least 10 threads without giving your opinion, and you posted a comment on my page saying: "I post news faster then a strike of lightning! Muhahaha!"

Think please.

To be fair, in the 7 years I have been here, we have always asked that members NOT post newspaper articles, unless they have good coments & discussion to go with the article. And , even then, we want serious/interesting articles to discuss, not just everyday news items. If we don't have some rules, the forum will be over loaded with junk.
Also, if we take the time to contact a member, it is not for idle chit chat usually. Most of the time several of the staff members discuss a problem among ourselves before we make contact with a member. First we offer a "sugar cube" suggestion ;if no results , then an infraction.
