Having worked with many people from western countries, especially those from Europe for years and become friends with most of them, I got quite used to hugging and kissing as a part of greetings. Maybe it is because I'm female, as I don't think that all the Japanese businessmen experience such form of greetings.
I enjoy this custom, especially hugging as it makes me feel comfortable, and/or comforted. Also it is very interesting to see some differences. For example, how many times one is expected to kiss on the cheek. Mostly twice, on on each side, but Swiss-French people insists for three times.
American people seem to prefer just hugging, I realized.
I brought this custom into my family, but only with my mother as my father is too shy for that. My mother used to love it (now how much I miss it...!)
But I never hug or kiss my Japanese friends, even female ones... I find it so awkward, because it is not our culture.
Well, I've been writing these stupid things just because I wanted to introduce this very funny video from VideoJug.

"How to Give a Great Man to Man Hug"
I came across with this site (VideoJug) by chance, it is "Life Explained on Film" and there are so many hilarious ones. The more serieous the narration is, the funnier it sounds!
:lol::lol::lol:
I hope anyone read this post would have some fun at the site!
