I recently tried using a forwarding company to reduce the cost of international shipping to the UAE so I worked with a forwarding company who has a branch in Japan. I as I check on jp post tracking the item was delivered to a completely different address my address is (Koto-ku, 136-0075) and the final delivery is (JOTO 136-8799 )? I also got the label copy of the address it says the same as my address which is 136-0075 Tokyo, I contacted the seller which I bought the item from (he is from Taiwan and the shipment also from there) he said he can't help me because he sent it to the right address and he can't contact the JP. The shipment was delivered on 29 of May 2020. But to this day I didn't get any update on it.
Sadly, JP only has local contact and I don't have any friends who live in Japan or anyone that can help me with contacting them, I really want that shipment but I am out of options I will even pay for any help I can get to get it delivered to my address!
