Careful now. That leaves room for a harrassment charge that could very well stick. You need to know who you are proposing to, have some sort of meaningful relationship with her and you have some time and continued relationship before ask again if she says no.

So many very real birds will get no attention from females unless they build a pretty good nest.
Very, very few women will ever say "yes" to a man with no stable life or occupation, even if they are themselves rich. If this were not true, then there would be only as many homeless guys as women. But it is true so there are few homeless women but many, many homeless guys.
