Hello after a long time :)
Has Japan any aerospace program to launch a spacecraft to do a scientific investigation in solar system? I haven't heard any news herein.

JAXA was formed on 1 October 2003...

Why so late?
Also, why JAXA is so silent and infamous in compare with NASA and Russian aerospace organization?
Why the activity of JAXA is not including launching a Moon or Mars lander? I mean, the activities of the agency is restricted to sending researcher satellites to the nearby space?

Did you read the entire article regarding JAXA?

On 1 October 2003, three organizations were merged to form the new JAXA: Japan's Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS), the National Aerospace Laboratory of Japan (NAL), and National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA).
JAXA - Wikipedia

The ISAS originated as part of the Institute of Industrial Science of the University of Tokyo, where Hideo Itokawa experimented with miniature solid-fuel rockets (Pencil Rocket and Baby Rocket) in the 1950s.

The National Aerospace Laboratory of Japan (NAL) was established in July 1955.

The National Space Development Agency (宇宙開発事業団 Uchū Kaihatsu Jigyōdan) of Japan, or NASDA, was a Japanese national space agency established on October 1, 1969

I don't think it's late.

Have you ever heard of the activity of Chinese or Indian aerospace organization? I mean, do you know much about the aerospace activities of other countries than US and Russia? You just know what you know. Incidentally, most Japanese people know the story of Hayabusa. You might hear it if you can understand Japanese language. In the first place, you can get so many information about the activity of Japanese aerospace organization just by googling it by yourself before asking in the forum like here.

No. They don't have any plan of manned space flight, either, except regarding ISS. There is a limit on the budget.

Yes, I studied some of the space activities before JAXA is established, but all was about sending the researcher satellites that are not known globally, and I was informed about them for first time.
What I did mean of the main question was a comprehensive and developed aerospace activity rather than sending a series of satellites that even are not famous in the global technology news. In fact, I expect despite developed Japan industries it is more active in this aspect.

What is the problem? Why Japan should encounters shortage of budget despite its high electronic technology (in fact, Japan was pioneer in electronic science).
Is it because of a failure in the Japan foreign trade? What is the cause of this failure; following the sanctions that US imposed on some Asian and southern America lands and Japan followed those improper policies?

Japan's current account in the last year: +21.9 trillion yen
(Balance on goods: +4.9 trillion yen
Balance on services: -0.7 trillion yen
Balance on primary income: +19.8 trillion yen
Balance on secondary income: -2.1 trillion yen)

Again, there are things you can do by yourself before asking questions based on your lack of knowledge or wrong assumption.

Why Japan should encounters shortage of budget
"Limit" is not the same as "shortage". It's the problem of priority. Japan chose it. Period.

Well, discussion is more pleasant and joyful than googling, because I can practice English in this manner. Besides, this manner is more up to date than tiresome studying the articles in Wikipedia or other websites. Also I am interested to speak to someone and enjoy the communication, but you attack me and try to humiliate the questioner by saying " based on your lack of knowledge or wrong assumption."
If you are not in a mood to respond to a questioner, please don't, and allow others to respond more patiently.

Despite the notable foreign trade of Japan that you mentioned, what the priorities are that swallow that great national income, and prevent Japanese aerospace scientists to develop their researches in the space and reach the level of activities of America and Russia?

Hi Toritoribe
Have you gotten bothering of me? I apologize, if a part of my comment caused your unease. After thinking I realized it was just a suspicion that came in my mind. Do you accept my excuse?

There is no problem with discussing about something with someone or asking about something you don't know. The problem is that some of your questions are meaningless since your presuppositions are totally wrong, as I already showed. What I can do now is to point out another misunderstanding; the current account is not the government's revenue.

I gave you a like because I like our friendship 🙂: Also, I excuse, if my questions seems a little unusual.

Basically, a notable part of every government's revenue is supplied from free foreign trade that is done by individual corporations and markets such as tax and countervailing duty, in addition to the direct governmental incomes.

Based on the high free trade revenues that you mentioned, so the government of Japan must have a great benefit from this source?

The problem is: if we answer a question about Japan's space program, we don't expect to get manipulated into a debate about Japan's foreign policy. It doesn't feel friendly or joyful or pleasant. It feels like your question about the space program isn't asked in good faith. It feels as if you aren't really curious about Japan's space program. Rather, you want to make a point about Japan's foreign policy, or America's foreign policy, and you are using the space program as an excuse to do this. In this way, your question seems dishonest, and people are not inclined to answer you.
The truth is; Japan has a space program that much of the world would be envious of.
Any debate about Japan's economy or foreign policy might have a better reception if you started a separate thread specific to your observations about those things.

Simply, that's totally wrong, and it's off-topic in the first place, as Majestic-san pointed out. You can check it by yourself quite easily. (I understand what you wrote above, but that's your preference, not mine.)

No, I don't question maliciously.
First of all I want to have a conversation in English because it is a good practice for me and empower my ability in this language. In fact I learned English via discussion in the forums, so far.
Yes, I don't need questioning and can do googling, but it is a tiresome thing for me, without I can discuss with some posters and learn how to write or speak English.

In recent time I just participate in two English forums; Jerf and a writing forum. I also like to have fun with commenters in the forums occasionally, and I think you have realized this in some of my comments (I myself don't remember them).
Also in the writing forum I mostly write humor stories because those make me happy.
Maybe you are suspicious that why I ask the questions that I myself can find their answers in google? I expressed one of its reasons, but the second reason is a personal secret purpose that I'm not interested to talk about it.
Please don't turn into suspicion. It is not a bad purpose, rather is a good intention, but I actually don't like to speak about it.

I respect Japan, flag of Japan and people of Japan as I respect other nations because we all are the members of humanity society.
