Homework using い、にくい
Q: 時計はここいいですか。
A:ちょと( みてやすい )から、もう少し( 時間はあらなくて )ところにおいてください。

The original sentence has a comma after "もう少し". I am also not sure whether I need to use 易い/にくい for both blanks.
Q: 時計はここいいですか。
A:ちょと( みてやすい )から、もう少し( 時間はあって )ところにおいてください。

Is this ok?

The original sentence has a comma after "もう少し".
There is no strict rule about the position of the comma in Japanese, but it's more common not to put comma there since もう少し is an adverb modifying the following clause.

I am also not sure whether I need to use 易い/にくい for both blanks.
I believe that that's exactly the intention of the question.

Not really. The first half of the sentence should mean "because it's a bit hard to look at , and the second half is "please put it on the place where a little bit easier to look at." What is the explanation of how to make a structure "easy/hard to do" in your textbook? In other words, what from of the verb is used before やすい/にくい?

Like this?

Not wrong, but 見にくい/見やすい (not from 見える but from 見る) is more common.

Thanks. One more question.
Q:昨日の映画はどうでしたか。
A:ストーリーがふくざつで(みにくかった) 、おもしろかったです。
Is that correct or must I used "みにくくて" because there is a comma?
Shouldn't there be a "でも " too?

ストーリーがふくざつでわかりにくかったですが、おもしろかったです。
Maybe it should be like this?
Not sure it makes sense to say 見にくい (hard to see), perhaps it should be わかりにくい (hard to understand).

Using わかりにくい seems suitable but I thought it should be past tense as the event took place yesterday.

Yes, わかりにくい must be the correct answer.
ふくざつ "Complicated" has a negative nuance, and the conjunction is で, so the word that follows it also has a negative nuance, as in みにくかった or わかりにくかった. The more important point the OP needs to understand than "the past form or the present form" is that おもしろかった has a positive nuance, so an adversative conjunction must be put before おもしろかった (complicated and hard to understand but interesting), just like ですが. The -te form is a resultative conjunction(a conjunction where what follows is a natural result of the preceding), that's the reason みにくくて is wrong even if 見にくい is barely acceptable.
