What Chief Aramaki said?

The English subtitles explain the first thing he said was to communicate through some kind of brain to brain system they have. The second thing he said was basically the 3 killers were not skilled enough to kill an expert like him , they were over matched by his skill. As to rather his spoken Japanese words were the same as the sub titles , my Japanese skill is to low to tell. Maybe someone else can tell if the sub titles match what he really said.

I can just barely make out the words "dennou tsuushin" (electric-brain communication), "kitsune" (fox) and "usagi" (rabbit), so yes, the subtitles appear to be accurate.

公安9課、電脳通信は危険だ。
Kōan kyū ka, dennō-tsūshin* wa kiken da.
Public Security Section 9, Mind-Comms is dangerous (= Do not use it/Be careful when using it).
subtitle: All agents switch to Mind-Comms now!
*dennō-tsūshin: mind-to-mind communication through the global electronic internet

キツネを殺すのに、ウサギをよこすな。
Kitune wo korosu no ni, usagi wo yokosu na.
Don't send a rabbit to kill a fox.

Thus, the second subtitle is accurate, but the first one is not.

I watched it the other day and thought that was weird. Oh well hollywood handles language and culture about as deftly as a 40-year old virgin handles their first boob: like a bag of... sand.
