Artist name translation help please

Hi,
I saw this beautiful painting in a shop and would like to identify the name of the artist.

I would really appreciate it if someone can help me by translating the text.

Not ignoring you, old son, it's just a bit too cryptic for me. The artist's name is the vertical line on the far left. It starts with 石 = Ishi (I think). Normally one would think of Ishibashi 石橋 or Ishikawa 石川 or some such, but this doesn't seem like any of those common names, and might be an "artists" name. Sorry I can't help any more.

I think the second character may be 内 or 山. More likely 内, though. Compare it with what more clearly looks like 内 immediately above 人 in the adjacent line.

The next character is obviously under the 广 radical, but the rest of the character must be quite severely abbreviated or perhaps bleeding out into what like like kana below.

A clear shot of the seal might be helpful. I've seen teddy bears that weren't as fuzzy as these photos.

Thanks very much for your replies - In my naivety, I didn't realize it was going to be so difficult!
Point taken about the quality of the photographs (and laughed at the "fuzzy bear" comment!), it was a "walk by" impulse photo..as I was passing the secondhand shop.

I will go back and get better pic of the seal.
