Chemical supply in Japan/Tokyo?

This is probably an odd request, but bear with me. I'm a photographer and want to get back into making prints. For the process I'd like to be doing, I've got everything I need except one chemical (potassium dichromate). It's easy enough to get in the USA, but I have no idea where to begin looking for this or other chemicals for photographic processes in Japan.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

It's not a normal, pre-mixed photographic chemical and has primarily industrial uses, so it's not something you'd find at a typical camera shop or anywhere I've looked so far, in Tokyo or online.
