I have trouble understanding this, especially the subject.
駆、あんた本当に何もわからないの？
実際、動かしたわけでしょ？

そんなこと言われても、仕方ねだろ。
イオニアの奴、天音を取り込んだと思ったら勝手に動き出しちまったんだからよ

My question is:
- Is the subject of 天音を取り込んだ ''イオニア'' (Ionia is a mothership)
- わけ means ''reason''? And the subject of 動かした is also イオニア?

Sorry for misunderstanding but I mean the object of 動かした, is it Ionia?

It's hard to translate わけ. You can think it's almost the same as 動かしたんでしょ？ there.
