つらいときやおちこんだときやさみしいとき。
すぐかけつけてずっといてやれるのか"

Now in this situaton, do you really think that you can make suzume happy?

in the second sentence, what does bare mean? is it bareru to leak out a secret? can i get a sentence translation too please.

In times of hardness, when shes sad, and when shes lonely..

I dont know what the fourth sentence means, what is kaketsukete? and the zutto ite part. Thanks

In the second line, the last half of the sentence どうするつもりだったんだ, どうなると思ってるんだ or something along the line is omitted.
The subject of バレた is the secret/fact. ばれる is intransitive.

The third and fourth lines are one sentence; つらいときやおちこんだときやさみしいとき、すぐかけつけてずっといてやれるのか？ The speaker is asking if the addressee can really ~ when...
