what's a difference between

私は日本語を勉強している

私は日本語を勉強をしてある

what's a difference between

私は日本語を勉強している

私は日本語を勉強をしてある
The second is wrong.
ている is for describing an ongoing action.
てある is for describing something that has been done (for a purpose).
私は本を読んでいる
I am reading a book.
本はテーブルに置いてある
The book is on the table.
You'll often see を・・・ている and は・・・てある.
Keep an eye on the particles to figure what is going on.

I am confused some a books says ている
take intransitive verb
but in sentence like:
私は本を読んでいる
私は日本語を勉強している
ている take transitive verb

what's tense てある refer to ?
I need more explanation ofてある

Try a search for ている てある on this forum first, then you can get so many explanations about it.
