See me for confusing your vampire films with H.P.Lovecraftrule 92 : no more Underworld movie series for profesor Mycernius
My house number is 13 oddly enough.Rule 96: room 13 is for the profesor Mycernius.![]()
Rule 100: Whoever wrote rule 100 will be dictator of the world!
Rule 103: Any wars in the school must be passed for approval by the headmaster or deputy headmaster.
hah, Thomas, Dutch baka... will either of you approve of the war? I really don't want to have to fight on 2 fronts.
It depends... if it's about Chocolate... well forget about it. But if it's about beer... enjoy
Rule 105: Every Friday is movie night in the cinema room. These nights are compulsory!
On my first day of high school the principal addressed the incoming freshmen, who had assembled for that purpose in the gymnasium.
He told us that he was going to read off the entire list of rules for the school, and that the students were responsible for memorizing all of the rules. That was thirty years ago and to this day I can recite all of the school rules, after hearing him read the list only one time.
I will take the liberty of including the entire list of rules here:
1. Do right
End of list.
He told us, "You're not children. You're young men and woman and if you don't know the difference between right and wrong by now then get out of this school right now because you have no business being here. If you get sent to my office, don't act like you don't know why you're there".
That very simple rule and policy worked extraordinarily well. If there was a more universally loved and respected figure in our community, I never heard of him. Those who did right loved and respected him. Those who didn't do right respected and feared him, as he said what he meant and meant what he said, putting up with no BS from anyone and not hesitating for an instant to boot self-styled badasses out of the school. Those who did right couldn't have asked for a more stalwart supporter. You were never in any doubt where you stood with him, and you knew why.
His name is Coach Jim Poteet, and sadly God only saw fit to provide the world with one of him; we could use several thousand more. Even more sadly, I doubt his type would be allowed to be a principal of a school in the current era.
