Help me identify a japanese song. The film clip has a girl underwater in it.

Hello,
3 weeks ago i was in japan as an exchange student and i kept hearing this song and i dont know the song or artist. It's competely in japanese and i think it is fairly new as it's music clip was played on tv alot. The clip has the Solo female singer singing underwater. It's a sad sounding song, but i think it is still considered as pop.

please post the name and artist if you have any idea of what it is called

From memory the girl kinda looks like tifa too

Correction:
It's komoriuta, not kumuriuta.
