made of stone - That's an interesting article - I've never even heard of apricot seeds as a snack! Maybe we could use it more in the west to prevent cancer. The fat in the ingredients listed in the oil of the seeds is high in mono-unsaturated fat, which is a "good fat"!
Kinsao - I knew you were from England when you mentioned Marmite! I also love Marmite on toast (I was born in England!), but in the U.S. most people don't know what Marmite is! (It's a yeast extract, I think.)
Goldiegirl - Don't feel bad about unhealthy snacks - I just didn't mention the unhealthy ones I like: chocolate (which actually is thought of healthy now!), and cake with chocolate icing now and then ....
