Okay gang, I would like to know from each and every one of you what your favorite sports team is. Indicate the sport, the pitch/arena/stadium, the uniform, and their history of championships.

I'll start. Even though I'm considering transferring to one of the campuses of the University of California (I'm attending a JC right now), my favorite team has to be USC. I can't deny it; even if I hate them when they don't do well, I'm betraying my own senses. I love the Trojans. Since they are a university, I will be using their American football team.

Here is the football team's current uniform:

Featured on the left is the road uniform, worn by All-American Troy Polamalu, and the right is the home uniform, worn by Heisman Trophy winner, Carson Palmer.

The USC football team plays in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, home of the 1932 and 1984 Summer Olympics:

And here are some of the championships USC has garnered up in its 120-ish years of existence:

National Championships:
1928 Howard Jones
1931 Howard Jones
1932 Howard Jones
1962 John McKay
1967 John McKay
1972 John McKay
1974 John McKay
1978 John Robinson
2003 Pete Carroll

Our favorite bowl game is the Rose Bowl, played in nearby Pasadena. USC is the winningest Rose Bowl team ever. Here are our 21 victories:

1923--USC 14, Penn State 3
1930--USC 47, Pittsburgh 14
1932--USC 21, Tulane 12
1933--USC 35, Pittsburgh 0
1939--USC 7, Duke 3
1940--USC 14, Tennessee 0
1944--USC 29, Washington 0
1945--USC 25, Tennessee 0
1953--USC 7, Wisconsin 0
1963--USC 42, Wisconsin 37
1968--USC 14, Indiana 3
1970--USC 10, Michigan 3
1973--USC 42, Ohio State 17
1975--USC 18, Ohio State 17
1977--USC 14, Michigan 6
1979--USC 17, Michigan 10
1980--USC 17, Ohio State 16
1985--USC 20, Ohio State 17

I DON"T KNOW ALL THE DETAILS , BUT....

I like the New England Patriots from Foxborugh Stadium in Mass. State. They always seem to win the game in the last minute of play under tough situations.

ahhhh Barcelona lol

A few years back, we beat them 4-2 in the UEFA cup (but knocked out by Metz in the next round :p)
The next week, I was in Spain, in Santander, wearing a Newcastle top. Guess who Racing Santander were playing at home? Barcelona. I got so much abuse then.. flung insults, gestures, being spat at. Enough to make one thoroughly disillusioned with the Hispanic race....
