I often wonder how many treasures have all ready been discovered and recovered , but never reported. Let's face it, if you know you will have to possibly lose your find to the government altogeather, or most of it to taxes, why report it. There must be ways to hide your new found wealth , and yet enjoy it. I don't know, maybe by melting it down, maybe sneaking it out of the country. Just seems like there must be a few treasures already found that no one knows about and are still searching for in vain. Just a thought.

Some people still misunderstand, if not misinformed, that Japanese ODA is used in export promotion and only profits Japanese companies. That was actually once true, from the 1960s up to the mid-80s, when Japan ODA financing contributed to promote its exports of businesses. During this period, most projects were tied to Japan, but things have since changed. It is therefore unfortunate that some people still confuse the old practice as still existing.
I know there are pros and cons about it, but people in your coutry is one of many countries who sees the Japan's post-war peace effort.

You need to use your head a bit and think about how much time and energy it would have taken Yamashita to dig and build the supposed fortifications that he did, oh and he also was running a war oh and don't forget he was also constantly moving around his headquarters as well.

We set out deep into the treacherous wilds of northern Michigan, home to rabid squirrels and feral fauna of all shapes and sizes (well... most are pretty small and harmless but whatever). Searching for clues we eventually found the tiniest of audibles... "ping"... "ping"... Needless to say, we set ourselves to digging frantically, our fevered pace spurred by visions of hidden treasure. Two hours later... we found a rusted Campbell's soup can. Thus ended my short-lived career as a booty hunter (err...).
Sounds about I feel everytime I buy lottery tickets, and the odds of "hitting" the lottery are probably just as good as someone finding any buried treasure in the Phillipine's
