There are a few ways to say this, depending on the context.
If you are saying it as a command, it would be 寝るな or 寝るなよ with kanji, ねるな or ねるなよ in hiragana only

ok then "neru na" or "neru na yo" is fine for that purpose. The "yo" (よ) at the end just ads a little emphasis, like an exclamation point.
