I wonder that why one of synonym of these word "しんぱい" is "ふあん" in Japanese?

Well, I don't qualify as a professional, so I fear I may disappoint you, but...

しんぱい = 心配 worry (noun, but in your example it is being used in verb form. This may be the source of your confusion?)
ふあん = 不安 = worry (noun)

These are synonymous words, but indicating unease or a sense of dread. Fairly straightforward, I think. Is this what you were looking for?

I think something is missing from your post. You mention web sites but there are no links.

Anyway it's a synonym because they both have similar meanings.

• しんぱいしないで (don't worry)
• 不安にならないで (don't be anxious)
• 不安がらないで (don't feel anxious)

Those words are not identical in meaning. For instance, while 心配/しんぱい can have a meaning of consideration/thoughtfulness towards others, 不安/ふあん doesn't have this meaning. 不安/ふあん shows the speaker's/subject's vague uneasiness that bad things might happen.
e.g.
隣人のことが心配だ。
I'm worried about my neighbors. (For example, thinking if they are safe when a disaster occurs.)

隣人のことが不安だ。
I fear my neighbors. (For example, thinking that they might do something bad to me.)

Toritoribeさん didn't say there are no cases where the two can't have a similar meaning, just that there are certain nuances for which the two are not interchangeable, which doesn't necessarily imply the contrapositive.

My impression is that both of your sentences are valid and somewhat synonymous, but the nuance can potentially be different.

With 不安, it feels like the speaker is just vaguely uneasy/worried because they know the area is dangerous.
With 心配, it can give the nuance/impression that the speaker is worried about something more clearly defined, i.e. that it might be dangerous for their children to walk to school in the area, that their house might be burglarized, etc. etc.

(Again, I'm posting this as a test of my own knowledge and suggest you wait for Toritoribeさん's response for a more definitive answer.)

If they can be used synonymously some of the time then they are synonyms. I think it's rare that synonyms are fully identical in meaning.

I was mostly responding to the thread in general and Toritoribe-san where he said "those words are not identical in meaning," not you. Of course I could see how you might think so since I responded immediately after you. Sorry about that.

I meant 心配 and 不安 are not completely identical in meaning. Yes, these words can be interchangeable in some contexts.
e.g.
自分の将来が心配だ。
自分の将来が不安だ。

These sentences are somewhat different in nuance from each other, as bentenmusume-san explained in his post, but they express almost the same meaning.

As for Majestic-san's example あそこは治安が悪いので、心配です。 vs. あそこは治安が悪いので、不安です。, these are interchangeable when talking about the speaker themselves. However, when talking about the one the speaker is talking to, i.e., "I'm worried about you", the former is more common and natural. The latter is understandable enough, but sounds somewhat awkward to me.

Similarly, as for the OP's example 心配しないで, while 不安にならないで also works well for "You don't need to worry about you./You are alright.", 不安 is hardly used for "You don't need to worry about me./I'm alright.".
