Osaka Gas 43-485 error 12 and 72

hi there
i have an osaka gas heater 43-485
it shows me error code 12 and 72 and some times 3
but mostly it shows error 12
can anyone guide me how to fix that error?
i couldn't found any english or japanese manual for it
i've already tried this solutions :
cleaning air filter (filter in the back of heater)
clean all inside with air blower
clean the thermocouple with wire brush

Here you go:

(3) Unit was moved while in operation. Unit was hit with something. Unit fell over.
Solution: Replace the unit to its upright position and restart.

(12) Operated for a long time while the room was closed (i.e. poor room circulation). Filter needs cleaning. Gas cord was stepped on.
Gas valve is shut off.
Solution: Increase air circulation in room, or clean the air filter.

(72) Power outage while operating, or operation was attempted after the plug was pulled from the outlet.
Solution: Wait 2-3 minutes before restarting.

Greetings, I have an error in my Heater 43-485. the error code is 11. I will be thankful if you help me to solve it.

Based on Majestic's instructions, error no.11 means

• The gas supply valve is not turned on.
• The presence of air in the gas line.
• The fuse cock in the gas valve is engaged and blocks the gas supply.
