I was hoping to get as much of this flag translated as possible. Also curious, if it looks genuine based on the attached pictures.

I've numbered the inscriptions to perhaps make it easier to refer back to them. Thank you!

2. Almost all of these are names. Actully, I think all of them are names except for the big letters on the far right. Top four letters of the far right are illegible to me. 神力無？
3. Its addressed to Shimazu Genkichi.

It would be a Buddhism term 神力無礙 Jinrikimuge, meaning something like "being able to control superhuman power completely".

Thank you both so much for the information.

Very interesting to see the name on the flag is Shimazu. Knowing that adds a little bit more history to the flag for me given the importance of the Shimazu clan.
