Hi everybody!
My name is Taiyo (that's right, that's the name my parents chose for me) and I'm a half-Japanese, half-Austrian guy from Vienna. I'm 27 years old and currently work as an attorney-candidate (mainly in litigation and real estate) (note to all American members of this forum: don't hate me yet; in Austria lawyers are not THAT greedy and brown-nosed!).
I've been to Japan on several occasions but never lived there. I speak Japanese (with only a minor gaijin-accent) but my reading/writing is rather poor, to say the least - however I am intending to change that quite soon now! My current room mate is from Japan and I'm in touch with quite some (half-)Japanese people here in central Europe so I hope I'll be able to contribute to this forum. yoroshiku onegai shimasu!
Nevertheless I have to confess that I found this forum because I am looking for information concerning my personal situation; but more about this in the sub forum "Working In Japan" (appeared to match best).
