Well since we are talkign about solo projects have you heard any song from Yoshiki's new project Violet UK??? I have three songs and well the one I really liked is Unnamed Song, the girl's voice sounds pretty good

I'm not good in generating what kind of music it is and the vocalists are women in the songs which have lyric and verry Yoshikish I also saw the DVD that Yo was a conductor in the orchrestra band He look soooooo goooooodddddd

Hehehe I just heard Hide's Lemoned, I Scream. I just gives me such a nice dreamy feeling LOL. It makes me feel like taking a drive with the windows rolled down on a long stretch of deserted back road and feeling the wind in my hair.

But anyways..... I also like Pink Spider and Pose from Hide. And Art of Life from X Japan..phew.... beautiful 29 minutes lol.

A bit of rehashing but about Violet UK: My favorite song is Mary Mona Lisa even though Yoshiki only has a short clip of it up on their MySpace. It's so beautiful and I can really relate to it (so far anyway). Can't wait for the album!!

Hmmm ... since the X thread seems to be getting a lot of attention lately, I guess I can come in here and declare my undying love for all things X-Japan. They are one of the most important (and often underrated by the West) rock bands in the history of the art form. X-Japan wasn't just a music group, a "band", they were a force, serious musicians brought together to make some of the most amazing and classic rock collections ever composed.

I completely agree with you. X (Japan) was one of the greatest bands to ever exist and people who try and disprove or belittle that fact can suck it for all I care.

yes it is yoshiki......because a friend of mine knows the bassist for vuk......and she obviously knows yoshiki......so thats an offical source......
