u can dl the x disco...its over 3 gigs though.......im not sure if people r still seeding it......

by the way i hate the new age of jrock fans that dont appreciate x because they dont like their style or whatever dumbass reason they have for not liking x when x was like the begining of it all.......jrock and vk.... but thats just me...i can be wrong.....

well visual wise X wasn't really the beginning of it all, there were buck tick and Saikima, but in terms of success X certainly is at the top. sometimes the number of records sold don't tell the story (X's record sales isn't very high, as a fact), but what an influence they have had on the rock scene and people in japan since the early 90s.

Just about every J-Rocker says at some point how much they love X (Japan) and that's saying something. Even if fans of J-Rock don't respect/like them it's still a profound statement to their greatest that so many great artists love them. That's the main reason I kept giving them second chances 'cause so many artists that I love and respect were always gushing over them. They really were something special, ne?

Yea. I suppose alot of people don't realize that their favorite JRockers might have actually been influenced/inspired by X Japan.

As for me, I started listening to their stuff after reading about how much respect they get from other artists and fans. It made me want to see what it was all about. They're a great band.

And when I listen to them sometimes I'll hear something in a song and think, "That kinda sounds like L'Arc~en~Ciel" or "That sounds like Malice Mizer/Moi Dix Mois" You can really hear where these sounds that we're so used to hearing in more contemporary bands got their start in X (Japan). Again, love 'em or hate 'em you gotta respect 'em.

No, seriously, X-JAPAN is really THE group. They're not like some other band which you can just forget and replace with a new one. Once you know them, they'll stay in your memories 4ever, that's for sure. But ofcause, we're talking about Yoshiki and his band here.

I'm a big fan of them! seriously respect them... and they're forever ! though now i'm really love Mucc..and yeah I think they inspire Miya too! though I've never herd Miya talk about X, but what's really impress me is that Miya's first concert is X's concert

OMG thats THE phrase of the year XD so true!!! X was/is a band that made history. No matter what ppl think they are an important part of Jmusic! not everyone might like them, but every one MUST recognize they are a legend!!! and as you said MUST respect them!!! ☝

I think it quite high ne! every singles and albums always on top of Origon Chart and not just a few weeks! even they released singled after the album released!

despite making it high into oricon charts, in total record sales, the first is B'z (they're way way way ahaed of everyone for whatever reason), and X i think is even lower than Luna Sea in total record sales

That doesn't matter

They are the one and the only, they will never be forgotten even if they disbanded and hide is dead. They won't dissapear out of the music scene

Maybe eventually after like 50 years and even if this happens, they will stay in the hearts of their true fans

i wonder if x japan got back together with x and replaced a vocalist.....how they would sound now...but toshi reguardless of his choices in life.....was an amazing vocalist....

Yeah he was. Even if they would get together it wouldn't be the same. It's the best to let it that way if you ask me.

I agree!!! dont know!!! but the original and only X-Japan is the one that will always stay in our hearts neh! I dont think it would have been the same with some other vocalist....In spite of everything Toshi's voice, in my opinion, is/was quite unique!!!! so I think is better this way
