Presented during the time when Prince Morimasa was Chairman, since it carries his name and I think his likeness. I don't know the times period he was chairman, but the previous chariman died in 1929, and the group disbanded in 1946, so that's the range of possible dates. It isn't specifically related to the war, and it could well be from the early 30s.
