Japanese Flag 1940's.webp

I have this flag which is from the 10940's, which I think would be a nice display piece. The writing appears to be too uniform to be a good luck flag, so am guessing it is a souvenir. Would appreciate any translation help from the forum. Thank You.

Across the top it says the Everlasting Luck in Battle (various other translations/interpretations possible).
Across the right and left side is an address in Kyoto , Shimogyo-ku, San-no-Miya-chō

On the bottom are the names of people from the Maeda family and Hashimoto family. Hard to say if its authentic.

I have the following flag and need some opinions on the authenticity. All of the writing seems to be by the same individual, but it looks to be nicely done. In any event, it will make a nice display piece. Any and all feedback is appreciated.

Thank You.
