Wooden clup/pipe writing translated

Anyone help with what the writing says on this item? I don't know what it is used for maybe a religious item. Looks like a club with a the end set up like a pipe for smoking. Didn't know if the writing would offer more clues.

Looks to me like the black writing says あんよいらず and the white writing says 軽井詠, which I'm guessing are "no need for walking" and Yomu Karui, a personal name. I'm not sure how accurate those are, though. For one thing, there are what look to be three strokes in the form of a "z" underneath あんよいらず, and for another thing, I'm not entirely sure the reading of that name would be correct, assuming I've got it right in the first place.
 
So I was only a couple of strokes off. haha
