The development of the robot technoloy is very fast. Will the roboat replace the
human worker one day? I am afraid I will lose job by the robot

If you are a hard laborer, then you just might lose it, other wise you'll be ok in Japan. And u aint gonna lose it anytime soon in the next few years that is.

Only when robots can emulate human flexibility and problem-solving abilities will they be a viable alternative to human workers. Also, replacing humans with robots creates an economic problem for capitalist societies, the loss of the customer base. How can one purchase products that they want or need if they don't have jobs [which have been taken by robots] that pay them money?

If they do, it will hopefully be after I die.

Osaka reproduces the first robot
Gakustensonku was the first robot exhibited in Kyoto in 1928, and Osaka city allocates 21,000,000JPY, about 175,000USD, for it in the local fiscal 2007 budget.

Osaka city has been infamous for their inefficient expendure, though it may be good to boost kids' sense of humor.

Cost-cutting robo bureaucrats should be introduced there.

Robots are already replacing workers. All one needs to do is look at automotive assembly lines. They're heavily automated now, where everything used to be done by humans. I'm sure we'll see more robots developed to take on dangerous jobs currently performed by humans as well.

Apparently the Abe government is studying ways to use robots in the home as well. (I'd post a link to the news article discussing it, but apparently I don't have enough posts for that yet. Just go to Asahi Shinbun's site and look for an article called "Cleaning robots, home checkups seen in 2025" if you're interested)

10 highschool girls applied to "Rocket Girl Training Projet" are challenging to build their own rocket in Akita.
The Manufacturing cost, 5,000,000JPY in total, is a subsidiary from the govenment.
Yukiko said "it is hard for me to use tools such as an electric screwdriver, but I am getting interensted more and more in science.

I bet another project, robot girl project, would start sooner or later.

The robot will replace human LABOR. Of course, who are going to build and maintain the robots? Other robots? Too costly! There's only so many robots you can build before you'll need a human to fix things. So the one who programs, maintains, and ensures the smooth running of robotic labor will in the end have to be a human.

I don't think replacing human with robots will be a viable option, first because I think that the production and maintenance cost of a robot would be higher than what we pay right now for a worker, robots also creates unemployment and won't be a very interesting option unless there are no enough workers for the demand and I don't think robot will be more competent than a human for complex task for the next 100 years or so.

I don't know who decided the design, but a bit more effort would stimulate student's desire to study hard.
