Yes, the very first sentence at the top says they will make custom t-shirts starting from quantities of one. If you use Chrome and turn translation on you can read most of it. You may need to somebody to help you with the registration and ordering process. Price for one shirt is Y1848 plus shipping. At least for the one sample template I tried.
