How could someone possibly have a SWOT analysis for your company??
Your company has its own strengths and weaknesses which, almost certainly, are not shared by others. Having just performed this task for my own newly formed company I can't imagine it being done by anyone not intimately familiar with the company itself.

Let me rephrase what the others are telling you.
It is your business, as such having the data you requested is obviously a major factor and something appropriate to your company.
If you have specific questions and show us the work you have done, some people may give you pointers.
Just saying I want this, is a little like me demanding ¥1000 for everyone reading this post. It won't work.
Rather ask who is willing to consult for you and give them a salary if you really have no idea about how to achieve the goals you have set.
