Product/Industrial Design - Toy Design program in Japan

I'm searching for graduate program of Product/Industrial Design, especially - Toy Design

and I've heard that Chiba University - Design Science Master Course have a program or specialized professor in Toy Design

but I'm not sure this is true??

btw does anyone have an information about this program? (International program will be fine) Thanks!
