I don't know where you got it from, but the sentence is wrong.
1)
Indeed おめにかかる is kenjōgo of あう. Thus, the subject must be the speaker or the speaker's in-group member(s), and the direction of the respect is from the subject to the object/target.
e.g.
きのう、わたしはせんせいにおめにかかった。
Yesterday, I met my teacher.
the subject: I
the target (object in the English sentence): my teacher
the direction of the respect: from "I" to "my teacher"
As you can see, the recipient of the respect is indicated by the particle に for おめにかかる. However, が is attached to あなた in your sentence, thus, it shows that the respect is from あなた towards someone else.
2)
~てくださった is the past form of ~てくださる, and くださる is an honorific verb (そんけいご) of くれる. The respect is from the speaker to the agent of the action.
3)
そう doesn't make sense there.
The correct sentence should be:
あなたにおめにかかれたので、ぜっこうちょうです。
or
あなたがおあいくださったので、ぜっこうちょうです。
(note: "お + -masu stem of a verb + くださる" is more polite than "-te form of a verb + くださる".)
