I'm reading this scene in a manga where this man teaches a woman about sex and this word popped up... コイッス. What does that mean? I've tried looking the word up on google, and I know that it's related to sexual activity, but I couldn't find out what it means. Can someone tell me what it means?

Alright, well I'll first apologize for the obscene topic. I'm new here... =_=;
The scene plays out with the man and the woman naked, cuddling with each other. The man says コイッスの時間は大体の標準では……若い年令で８分ぐらいだろうで…
So does the word コイッス refer to "sexual intercourse"? I want clarification for this, please.

I've never heard it. A quick google search says that it's the transliteration of a German word "koitus", i.e., "coitus". (Probably it's originally from コイツス.) Thus, your interpretation is correct.

I think it's supposed to be 'coitus'. So, yes. I think it's a large ツ though.
