What do you think about calling a person by his/her name + san?

The question wasn't whether it should be commonplace, but if it could become commonplace, huge difference. Obviously, your point stands if it was the former.

Bolded portion is mine. Text makes it very hard to know whether someone is being rude or not because you cannot read intonation or emotion which might normally portray a comment as casual in everyday conversation and not at all rude. So I typically try not to read too much into comments.

However, I wonder how you think the bolded portions could be anything but rude. You call someone hyper-sensitive and having mental/emotional issues after having only read one post and you don't consider that rude or an insult?

I like your opinion, somehow, and I would like to know your opinion a little more.
So, how about yourself? Are you going to use -san to Japanese members in this forum or not?

And I wonder if you realize that"頭、もっと使ってくださいね。" in this context becomes very, very offensive.
For example "That's none of your business" in English, I think.
It is very sarcastic, and fatal.
I think it is not your intention, right?

頭、もっと使ってくださいね。 is not sonkeigo in the first place - maybe you are mixing up keigo and sonkeigo? - it is just marginally teineigo/polite.
I think that in any civilized societies and in whatever language, phrase such as "use your brain properly" is regarded rude/offensive however you say it politely.

Ｉf 頭もっと使ってくださいね is not sarcastic nor offensive,
might it mean something like the followings?

"See. It's easy."
"Hey,it is not so difficult thing!"
"You don't have to think seriously. It's easy, isn't it?"
"Hey, don't think too much. It's simple!"
"If you think just a little more, you'll get the answer!" .........ちょっとヤバい？？
「そんなに悩むことじゃないでしょう？」
「そんなに難しくないでしょう？」
「考えすぎですよ。」
「チョー楽勝！」

I hope these are not offensive nor sarcastic.
