Wedding survey, gather info for class work

If you've done stuff related to a wedding (married, engaged, etc) and you have a few minutes, could you take this short survey? ^^

For class, my group is currently working a project to try to create an online prototype design of organizing a wedding using an online medium. To do so, we need to gather information on some of the ways and things people do to plan a wedding to aid us in deciding how the user interface may looks like and the type of content necessary.
If you're married, engaged and planning your wedding, and/or have been part of a wedding party that helped planned a wedding, I would appreciate it if you to take a few minutes to fill out a short 'pilot' survey (I might have to adjust the questions later). You may fill out both also if you have done both.
