I think the Gov. will give him a trial but no matter the outcome of this trail, he's gonna get killed. either by the Americans or his own people. I think he does deserve a trail. but this is all a front to make us in look civilized when in reality we invated their country for Oil.

I think it was more of a grudge match, the figures don't really back up Oil as a primary motive.
