Help Verification of flag

Hey guys, I saw this flag at a market. My first instinct says fake but I'm no expert any ideas what it says(or is trying to say). I apologize if this is the wrong thread and would be happy to be re-directed

There are lots of wrong kanji, meaningless words, terms unrelated to the war,,,. It's an obvious fake.
